Great getaway Positive: Perfect little bach. Nice being just out of Ōpōtiki and right near the beach. Basic facilities with everything we needed. Very clean property and the outside deck made the house seem bigger.

Positive: Great location. Loved being able to walk down to the beach. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed, the small things really made a positive difference. Negative: The trundler bed mattress needs replacing - you could feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable.

We were there for a nearby family wedding and it was a relaxing wee place that had everything we needed for a great family stay. Except for a broken loo (understandable maintenance issue that wasn't too much fuss!). Other slight gripe was that the manager thought the "insurance" fee refunded itself, but it didn't... Just as well I checked that it'd been paid. I think she is now aware of this issue, and seemed an honest mistake. So you should be fine but do check on exit!
